Learning and Wellbeing Experience in Los Pellines

15-05-2026

Some of our 7th grade students took part in a meaningful learning and wellbeing experience in Los Pellines.

Los Pellines, a unique setting in southern Chile, became the backdrop for a week filled with challenges, reflection, community living, and connection with nature.

Throughout these days, our students participated in a variety of activities designed to strengthen relationships, develop empathy, encourage collaboration, and help them better understand themselves and those around them. Hikes, games, conversations, and group dynamics were all part of a deeply enriching experience, marked by respect, coexistence, and a strong sense of community.

Beyond the activities themselves, this experience allowed each student to step outside their comfort zone, connect with their classmates in a different environment, and create memories and lessons that will undoubtedly stay with them both back at school and in their everyday lives.

Today, they begin their journey home, sharing their final moments together, packing their belongings, and saying goodbye to the spaces, facilitators, and experiences that brought this adventure to life.

As they are always reminded at Los Pellines, those who lived this experience also carry the mission of sharing it with the classmates who were unable to attend, so that the learning and values gained can continue to inspire the entire community.
