Each day at British Royal School is filled with exciting learning experiences and discoveries for your child. Although timetables vary between year groups, here is an example of what happens between lessons in Senior School.
08:00 am – 10:15 am
Three 45‑minute learning blocks with lessons in Mathematics, Language or English, the main elective and the secondary elective or PAES workshop.
10:15 am – 10:30 am
A 15‑minute break after the first learning block so students can rest before continuing the day.
10:30 am – 12:00 pm
Two 45‑minute learning blocks in Advanced English, Philosophy, academic support, PAES subjects or students’ personal projects.
12:00 pm – 12:15 pm
A second 15‑minute break that gives students time to rest before continuing their day.
12:15 pm – 1:45 pm
The day continues with the university guidance workshop or PAES mock exam and, afterwards, the lab or closing activities for core subjects.
1:45 pm – 2:20 pm
Institutional lunch time after an intensive morning of learning, when students recharge their energy for the afternoon.
2:20 pm – 3:50 pm
