British Royal School founded
With a stone and a pencil, a dream began: to build a school with a deep social purpose. In January 1986, British Royal School opened in Las Condes with strong academics and a modern vision of education.
Official recognition granted
On 30 June 1987, the Ministry of Education granted the school official recognition through Exempt Resolution No. 1649, authorising pre-primary, primary and secondary levels. That year, the school moved to La Reina due to rising enrolment.
Permanent Campus on Av. Las Perdices
Steady growth in enrolment led the school in 1990 to move to its current campus on Av. Las Perdices, where it strengthened its identity and community, which today brings together more than 1,300 students.
Carolina Labra Riquelme foundation
In memory of Carolina Labra Riquelme, daughter of founder Miss Sylvia Riquelme, the Carolina Labra Educational Foundation supports children and young people in hospital or in treatment, becoming a national and international reference.
Modernisation and educational infrastructure
With the aim of offering modern learning spaces, in 2015 a dedicated recreational and sports area was built for the youngest students, together with new Science, Physics and English laboratories equipped with cutting-edge technology.

TESLA pre-university programme
Train for the PAES with focused Tesla sessions, solve real exam-style questions, track scores over time and turn practice into higher performance using strategies that match how the test works.

Students ask questions, tackle good struggles and co-create personalised study paths that match their needs and goals. Children grow a lifelong love of learning in every class.
Students choose from more than 40 sports, arts and culture workshops, explore new interests and build discipline, teamwork and leadership. Students enrich school life through weekend tournaments and international events, and grow further through debates, competitions and global academic programs.
Students learn in full English immersion through grade 6 and use English to think, solve problems and share ideas across subjects. Students then take Cambridge exams from A2 to C1, track clear language milestones and step into university and international settings with real confidence.
Students build strong wellbeing through three clear pillars. Students check in regularly with the Coexistence Team, talk through challenges and reset friendships. Students build confidence and focus with the Psycho-Educational Team and join the Protected Education Program to settle smoothly into a new school community.

Students join Tesla to prepare for the PAES with a clear plan. Students start with diagnostic tests, set score targets and review detailed feedback after every mock. Students close learning gaps in small groups, practice timing strategies and walk into exam day with calm, trained focus.
